The Power of Building Each Other Up

I've always believed in the power of building each other up. Whether it's a quick "great job!" or really taking the time to mentor someone, those moments matter.

Honestly, I've learned so much from the amazing people I've worked with over the years (especially at Disney, Macmillan, and Live Story!). Seeing them shine reminds me that a supportive workplace is a successful workplace.

Here's what I try to keep in mind:

Celebrate the wins: Big or small, acknowledging achievements fuels that positive energy.

Be a go-to person: Sometimes, just listening or offering a fresh perspective can make all the difference.

Trust in their talents: Giving others the space to lead helps them grow (and we learn something new too!).

I'm far from perfect, but I'm always working on becoming the best version of myself. And you know what? Being surrounded by supportive people makes that journey so much better. Let's keep inspiring each other!
